Research internship is a great opportunity for students to apply their skills and knowledge to a variety of companies’ research topics. Basically, the length of internship is more than 2 months for master’s course students, and more than 3 months for doctoral course students. The details of internship such as start timing, length of internship and topic will be fixed after individual counseling, based upon an agreement between university and company, regarding the intellectual property and the confidentiality.
If your internship meets the requirements of "Engineering Competency 2", you will get these credits. And also, it might satisfy the criteria for getting credits for other graduate courses or your major.
